Shakshuka

Ingredients: 
Oil 
1 Onion 

2 Garlic Cloves

1 Can Tomatoes

1/2 Green Pepper 

4 Eggs 

Optional

1 tsp paprika

Salt & pepper

Toast 




1. Saute onion in oil for 5 min then add garlic for 1 min

 

2. Add peppers [& seasonings] for a few min on medium heat

 

3. Meanwhile, dice tomatoes and add to pan, along with tinned tomatoes

 

4. Turn up heat and allow to bubble. Reduce heat and summer for 10 min

 

5. With spoon, create four equal-sized pockets, individually crack one egg into each pocket 

 

6. Cover and allow eggs to poach for 10 min on low heat until cooked, then serve
