Curried Chickpeas


1 Small Onion

1 Garlic Clove

1 Can Chickpeas

2 Large Tortillas/Pita Bread

2 Tsp Curry Powder



Spinach or Kale

Salt & Pepper

1. Saute onion in oil for 5 min then add garlic for 1 min


2. Add rinsed chickpeas and seasoning to pan, leave on medium heat for 15 min, stirring occasionally [add spinach/kale for the last 5 min] 


3. Place equally onto tortillas with some tzatziki sauce (recipe is in our book!), roll them up and serve. 


Tip: You can also serve this with pita bread or salad.
